Where is ISA23 taking place?

ISA23 will be held at both the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown and the Phoenix Convention Center.

What are your cancellation policies?

Registration: Cancellations must be made by Monday, April 3, 2023, and are subject to a $200 processing fee. No refunds will be issued on cancellations received after this date, or for event no-shows. Hotel reservations canceled within 72 hours of the arrival date will be charged a 1-night stay by the hotel.

Exhibitor Booths: Cancellations must be made by Monday, April 3, 2023, and are subject to a $375 processing fee. No refunds will be issued on cancellations received after this date.

What is the deadline to register?

There is no deadline to register for ISA23.

Which airport should I fly into?

the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) is 4.9 miles (8 min) from the ISA23 Hotel: Sheraton Downtown Phoenix.

Where do I book my hotel?

Get the special ISA23 discounted room rate of $229/night + tax for your stay at the Sheraton Downtown Phoenix. Rate extended 2 days pre/post-event based on availability. The discounted room deadline is: Tuesday, March 28, 2023.

Can non-members register to attend ISA23?

When will the ISA23 registrant list be released?

Approximately 8 weeks prior to the event.

When can I start making private meeting appointments?

The new and improved appointment scheduling tool will launch on March 15, 2023!

Is there an ISA23 mobile app?

Yes, and it'll be launching on March 15 - so stay tuned!

Are there any private meeting spaces available for exhibitors or a company to use?

For private meeting rooms, please contact the Sheraton Downtown Phoenix directly. The Sheraton has a variety of differently styled rooms, all with TV hook ups, you can rent by the hour to host quick meetings. Guests can easily reserve onsite by swiping their credit card at the door.


Do we have to pre-register for any of the education sessions?

Can I exhibit only and not be a registrant?

No, you must be a registrant.

What can we display in our booth?

You can display whatever you would like – the only limit is size and that can be discussed with the ISA23 show decorator, Shepard: or 404-720-8600, Event Code: L113690423

What is the booth cancellation policy?

Do we need to have a booth/display?

No, it is not mandatory to have a booth. Booths are best for those companies looking to showcase their products and services, and/or looking to have a hub for their company to utilize for private meetings.

If you plan to have several meetings during ISA23, it is highly recommended that you purchase a booth.

How do we record any leads or requests for information?

We have a lead retrieval system you can order – this is through ATS. The information will be included in the Exhibitor Kit.

Is internet provided on the show floor?

Internet is available in public areas of the convention center, NOT including the ISA23 Exhibit Hall.

Within the Exhibit Hall, basic internet connection can be purchased on-site through your phone or laptop for $79.95/day. For more advanced internet connection options, see the Exhibitor Kit for more information.
